Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA) is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors to bid on the upcoming Stipulated Price Contract for the construction of a /- 56,000 square foot warehouse addition to the existing warehouse at 450 Sherman Avenue North (Hamilton, ON).
