Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA) is inviting your company to bid on the Pier 12 Fabric Building _ Civil/Foundation Work project at the Port of Hamilton. 

This project involves the Civil/Foundation work to construct a /-40,000 square foot fabric building, including but no limited to:

  • Site works (demolition, excavation, site servicing and paving)
  • Foundation and floor construction, including pile driving, pile caps, concrete push walls and pre-cast unit pavers installation.
  • Electrical Works (new underground duct bank, new feed to the fabric building, new service panel and all interior electrical located on the concrete walls and re-feeding existing buildings)

There is a non-mandatory Bidders Site Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 12th – 10:00AM

Tender Closing Date is Friday, November 22 before 15:00 hrs. (3:00:000PM).
